VegetableStirFry has been influenced by our Asian travels and the amazing foods we sampled in Vietnam, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand and Japan. It's dairy free and vegetarian, and contains a wide variety of vegetables including red and green peppers, bean sprouts, sweetcorn, brown lentils, peapods, bamboo slices, leek and carrots mixed with egg noodles and lemongrass to mention a few.
